Suhl-Nord: Wieder im Gespräch

Suhl is a midsized city in southern Thuringia which had a rapid increase of population in the late 1970s, due to the typical east-german "Plattenbau". However, since the 1990s the city has recorded by far the largest population decrease (by almost 40 percent) of all counties and cities in Germany. Many of the once inhabited houses are abandoned or have already been torn down. In May 2022 I started working on a district project with unofficial.pictures e.V.
